I found out about a remix competition for Sasha’s track “Cut Me Down” about 8 days ago and could not resist. So here is my submission. It is a little more of a deeper and more progressive vibe than I usually produce, but all in all I think it came out pretty solid.

Last night I came across this great Youtube playlist of Armin van Buuren talking about the production and inspiration of 6 of the songs on his latest artist album, Mirage. The album is primarily trance music, but incorporates elements of rock, electro, classical, and pop in a really natural way.
